When your life force energy is in balance + flowing freely, you are better equipped to manage stress, recover from injury, fight illness + heal emotional wounds.
During a session, you will be laying down comfortably, fully clothed, eyes closes, open minded + relaxed.
A series of 3 is recommended to further deepen your connection to your personal energy -- your awareness, sense of self worth + purpose.
